Your class has seen several plays specially produced for a school audience. Now the ministry of education has threatened not to subsidise future English Theatre school tours for financial reasons. The manager of the tours has asked students to write reports giving evidence why these events should be continued. Your english teacher has chosen you, as the representative of your class, to write this report.

Hey,
First of all I would make a list, why you think plays are important or good for your english, your class etc.
Try to find an example for every point on your list.
Then start writing: introduction(topic etc), mainpart (your points) and ending(short summary etc)
YOu can make it objective by using third person.
